UHBC Annual Dinner 2013

Will be held in Minster Exchange EC3 7PP on Saturday 23rd February 2013 (following the UH Head Race) from 7pm - 1am.

 
Cost: £30 for 3 courses and half a bottle of wine.
Starters
A - Atlantic Prawn and Crab Cocktail
B - House Soup with Farmhouse Breads
C - Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad
Mains
A - Balls Brothers Fish Pie with fresh market fish, white wine, herbs and cream sauce and Westcombe Chedder mash
B - Tarragon Roast Corn Fed Chicken Breast with wild Roquette, creamed potato and Pesto dressing
C - Steak and Kidney Pudding with Roasted Root Vegetables
D - Wild Mushroom risotto with Roquette, Parmesan shavings and white truffle oil
Desserts
A - Madagascan Creme Brulee
B - Pot Au Chocolate
C - Bramley Apple Crumble with vanilla bean ice cream
Wine
Either red or white wine
Happy Hour has been extended until 8pm to ensure we can make full use of it!
We are still ironing out the final details so anything else will most likely be added to the facebook event.
Can you please start promoting the event and get all menu choices and money into us by Friday 15th February. Please transfer money to the UH Account (details are on previous invoices - please let us know if you require them again).
When sending us menu choices, please do so as (Preferably as an excel spreadsheet):
