Meeting Minutes:

1.   Financial Report:

There are a few key outstanding payments.

Update to Bookkeeping:

Suggested practices:

-      A book of all receipts and accounts statements shown to JM at each meeting.

-      Set starting balance each year. Surplus transferred to savings account.

2.   Coxing Day Feedback:

Felt that it was useful for new coxes, could have focussed slightly more on the navigation of the tideway. To be repeated…

3.   Invitational Crews:

Potential contacts discussed.

NB: For UH Head non UH crews will be racing in the invitational category.

4.   Novice Sprints Plan:

Sunday 28^th November 2010.

1.   JM Launch.

2.   3 Race Launches.

3.   Barts inflatable Safety Launch.

Marshalls:

2 Finish Marshalls.

1 GKT marshall at Tideway to marshall boats on and off water.

Emails sent to: Scullers, MAA, Thames Tradesmen, Putney Town and Emanuel advising of racing on the 28^th.

NB: there will be a £10-15 subsidy for launch fuel used during the race.
