Meeting Minutes

UHBC Winter Regatta

The regatta was discussed regarding the weather for the day. All clubs were advised to check the UHBC website on Saturday night for an update as to whether the event will be taking place.

The race draw took place and will be published as soon as possible. The event will consist of 27 races.

Marshals

This is proving slightly more complicated to organise due to more people racing on the day. All clubs are providing anyone they can and will ensure UH have a full list of anyone available.

UHBC Head Race

The Head Race on the 21^st January was discussed. It was suggested that we consider the possibility of J16, J17 and J18 entries. JM said that UH must  assign a Junior Welfare Officer if we wish to do this.

The UH captains were reminded to invite external clubs to participate in the event.

The UH dinner will take place after the head race. A venue has not yet been agreed but all clubs will be advised as soon as possible.
